Been getting my merch from here since September 2022 and it's honestly been an amazing experience! All my stuff have reliably shipped out in good time and where there were problems with shipping (from the courier side), customer service was so helpful and kept me updated and informed throughout the entire thing so it was not stressful at all! (shoutout to Bonnie!!) And customs tax are already included in shipping - those can get extremely expensive here so it's such a huge relief to not have to deal with it!

Everything comes packaged so neatly too, extremely secured so there's never any worry for damaged items - and where there have been some small defects in the items, customer service was kind enough to send me a new one! And I got a free postcard and stickers every shipment too!

I made multiple orders around the same time which arrived slightly later than expected but it was the end of the year so it was understandable. One of my packages was missing but the customer service was very responsive and helpful and we were able to get the issue sorted - I have now received most of my orders which have all been well packaged with some extra postcards and stickers. One item has a small scratch but not too noticeable aside from that, everything was so cute, beautiful and as described.

I ordered two TGCF manhua volumes, and they came today!! Delivery was speedy (U.S), and I loved how I could check on any updates. The customer service was excellent! They replied fairly quickly (through live chat and email) and were patient with my questions. The price listing was straightforward with no surprise hidden fees (which I have had an unpleasant experience elsewhere before). The packaging was packed very well, and it even took me some time to unpackage my products – it shows how secure the packaging was! There were some delays in order fulfillment and delivery, but I still received my package within the given timeframe. Overall, I would recommend buying merches from Derivs. The shopping experience was great without a sweat!

I've only just discovered MDZS this year and fell into the black hole. After discovering this shop I now have an unhealthy addiction to buy all MDZS merchandise. Since TaoBao doesn't ship to UK, this shop is truly a godsend. The courier they use is Hermes which I was worried about as I had bad experience with them before. I've ordered 3 times and all deliveries so far has arrived in perfect condition, each one are securely packed. No import fees are added. They take roughly a week or two to arrive but they're worth the wait! Will definitely be coming back for new mdzs merc and adding them to my collection :D Wangxian forever~<33

I've had mine (I got the gusu one) for about 3 months now, using it basically every day, and it's still in great condition, it seems pretty sturdy and is easy to hand wash.

I regretted not getting a copy of my own when it first released. Whe I heard restocked of the ost is available, I didnt hesitate to order it. It is so beautiful. The Untamed sound track have such high quality from the pictures to the cover.

I got first MDZS merchandises from this shop and the packing was great and shipping was very smooth. I was kinda expected it could be really delay or beating up the shipping box since it’s an international shipping. But they put lots of cushions inside so even the box was kinda beating up but the merchs inside was totally fine. Then I tried taobao after the first purchase at this store and it wasn’t really good so I came back here to buy more MXTX merchs. I bought some goodies total 4 times now and planning to purchase more. The merchs update has little delay on site but they will update for us for sure. We had lots of snow and this covid situation makes little delay on the packages but still they come way earlier than I expected (Taobao purchase takes more shipping time) . The customer service is super good. I don’t have to deal with google translated to talk to the shop person not worried about miscommunication between Chinese and English language barriers. They are very polite and helpful thus little delay on the response but they probably getting tons of emails so I totally understand. Overall this shop is awesome and amazing. Way less stress shopping MXTX merchs compared the other shops. I really appreciate this shop to shipping US without battle with Chinese language. I understand some what Chinese but still shopping, payment and shipping with all in Chinese is different level of stress you would get so I love this shop! Thank you! I can’t wait you guys to update new MDZS merch and TGCF merch too!
