5. We check and pack every items carefully before shipment, trying our best to protect them from damages in transit.

If the item(s) in your order are in stock, your order will be shipped within 5-10 business days after the order is placed.
If your order contains pre-order items, your order will be partially shipped, or shipped together once the pre-order is released. It depends on your order items.
It will take about 6-10 working days to US & EU, 8-15 working days to CA.

You can login our site to view the order status and the transit status.
You will get email notifications when the order is fulfilled, package is in transit and ready for delivery.
Please keep an eye out for it and make sure you can receive the package.
We accept payment via PayPal currently.
Yes. We can change the shipping address of the unfulfilled orders.
If you need to change address, please contact customer service as soon as possible with the updated address.
We cannot change the shipping address of the order which has been fulfilled.
We usually don't accept returns considering the cost of international shipping. If there is a quality problem of the item you received, you can send a request attached with the item pictures or videos as proofs to ask for the item resending or refund to the customer service.

For every item, we will check carefully when in stock , and will repack the package before shipping out, protecting from any damages on transit.

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will be more than happy to assist you with fixing the problem in your order.

Theoretically, yes. It depends on the type of item, release date, the policies of your country, etc.

Yes, you can cancel the order for any reasons.
But please note that the order which has been fulfilled cannot be canceled.
Due to the large number of products in the store, some features or information may be missed or mistaken by accident. If you found that the discounts on the items in your order are not activated successfully. Please contact customer support and provide your order number. We'll give you a refund accordingly.
The price of many items (especially for the older ones) will be adjusted from time to time, due to many reasons, like promotion sales.
Plus, some new items prices will be updated, too, if the actual dimensions are far different from the estimated ones. (Mainly for the huge size doll and the large gift boxes.)
