All the items I have ordered, 10 things, came without damages. CQL makes sure to have the customer have access to the transit process of the items. There's an estimation of when it'll arrive. However, the items themselves came in appropriate packaging. Everything was organized. Freebies are given out as well! (Not in photo) Thank you CQL!
