Q: Hi team! I just placed an order for a $9.9 keychain yesterday. But somehow it is $6.9 now. Why? Can I have a refund? 🤔
A: Dear customer, we've been doing sales promotion on a large scale since this year. Therefore, the price of many items (especially for the older ones) will be adjusted from time to time.
Plus, some new items prices will be updated, too, if the actual dimensions are far different from the estimated ones. (Mainly for the huge size doll like 40cm ones, or the large gift boxes.)
