The delay for email will be relatively long cuz I have to address all the emails on my own everyday (the spam is so frequent I often missed the emails)

Also the shop online chat and Twitter message won't send me notifications when you send me something. Due the time zone or other reasons I might not actually be there even if my current status shows "online".
