The first batch has been shipped. The second batch shipment is to be determined because the official supplier Bilibili has not delivered the remaining items to us yet. (estimated to be May.) The current stock in our warehouse is not enough.

First, the bilibili offical delayed the shipment of this product till middle-April. Our original shipping method was suddenly stopped service in April so we had to find another new one urgently, which caused the delay too. (The new shipping method is done now)

Plus, the shipment service will be not provided during May Day Holiday.

There are more unexpected bad circumstances than we thought. We understand it caused you lots of trouble.

So I would like to reiterate that it is allowed to cancel the order and full-refund before your order is being fulfilled.
